I work Monday to Friday during the day each week between 9.30am – 3pm and am happy to offer evening appointments around family life. Courses and Workshops can be arranged for weekdays, evenings and Saturdays.

It is useful to have a glass of cold water as you will likely feel very thirsty after both Reiki or Reflexology. Some clients that I travel to like to have a cosy blanket and use their own towels and a footstool – I will always provide these, but I completely understand client preference. 

You will never be asked to undress for Reiki or Reflexology Treatments. The only items of clothing that would need to be removed are during a Foot Reflexology Treatment and would be your tights or socks and shoes. I would recommend you wear loose and comfortable clothing to help you feel relaxed and not restricted during your treatment.   

This isn’t a problem at all, it can and does happen as your body and mind are totally relaxed and are changing energy frequencies. If this does happen, once the treatment is complete I will gently wake you.

During a Reiki Treatment you can sometimes feel like you are bathing in light and warmth, leaving your mind and body energised. Other times it can feel as if a gentle current of energy is moving through you and at other times you may feel just totally relaxed and in a dreamy state.

After a Reflexology Treatment you will likely feel very tried and thirsty, but feel completely at ease, whole and balanced. You may have tender or more sensitive feet and very possibly need to urinate more frequently.

After a Reiki Treatment you will likely feel a deep state of relaxation, with a huge release of stress. You will feel thirsty and can sometimes feel an emotional release.

Everyone is different and this depends on many factors such as your ailments and conditions and their frequency and intensity, your stress levels and triggers, hormones and pain management. At the beginning of your treatments, I would usually recommend booking two or three close together, followed by a monthly or every six week treatment. This can be discussed during your Consultation.

Yes absolutely, I recommend booking two or three appointments in advance to ensure you get your preferred date and time as I generally get booked 8-12 weeks in advance.

I always aim to be super flexible especially when clients book far in advance and I do appreciate that some things ‘crop up’ that can’t be managed easily. I do ask for a minimum of 48hrs notice of a cancellation or the full treatment price that is booked in will be charged. This policy also applies to Gift Voucher bookings.

Deposits are required for all new clients and for courses and workshops. Payments can be made via a Bank Transfer, PayPal or as a cash payment. Full details of payment plans for courses and workshops would be made available on the advertising post.

I am an Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, my Reiki Master being Hannah Macintyre (Hannah Medium).

I am a fully qualified Reflexology Level 3 Practitioner gaining my qualifications initially through the Reflexology Centre of Excellence and later much continued professional development through the Association of Reflexologists including Aromareflex, insights into Maternity Reflexology, Menopause Support and Reflexology for Babies.

I am an EFT and TFT Tapping Practitioner, a qualified Foot Health Practitioner and Spiritual Development Teacher.
